Steve Paxton club has replied to Peter_Private_Box clubSteve Paxton club has replied to Patrick Brandy club1. I know if you get a root stock that is not flowering to start with when you bought it , it does take a few years to flower.
2. Fertilizer you must use a no nitrogen base fertilizer, I have use a pot ash based fertilizer only on the wisteria .
