After taking a few photos and undoing rampaging roses and clematis from the guttering of the house, I spent yesterday reading in a shady corner of the terrace, Peter. It isn't all work. ;-)

Your garden looks beautiful Amelia. It is a busy time for gardeners. We dug up our first potatoes today and have more than enough broad beans. Do you have a veg garden? This rose is lovely​.....Rosa

We don' really have room for a veg garden, Rosa, although I do have a couple of tomato plants thriving in our small octagonal greenhouse. The garden used to be open for the RHS, but that was before we went to live in Norway for 5 years. I'm nowhere near as fussy now. If Adrian had his way he'd chainsaw the whole lot down and plant things with a maximum height of 12 inches in straight rows. ;-)
