Odd Voltages

After reading an article from FortisBC, I noticed that it sated they use 63kV, 161kV, and 230kV for transmission. I've heard of all of these voltages except for 63kV. Has anyone else ever heard of this voltage?

I've seen mention of 63kV once - on an old NSP blueprint.

I guess it would be possible to have a 63kV transmission system - I wonder what FortisBC's distribution voltages are?

I'm currently assuming 12.5kV, but that's a super rare voltage in Canada and I've read multiple articles saying that Fortis BC uses 12kV or 13kV.
