Tony Bennett's (Benedetto) "Have A Good Time" (F. Bryant - B. Bryant) was written as one of the first successes for Felice and Boudleaux Bryant. It was released only as a single in 1952. You may not remember the song with Percy Faith & his orchestra that peaked at number sixteen. One of the most respected names in recorded music, Tony's artwork is on display at the Smithsonian in Washington, he has been commissioned by the United Nations and was the official artist for the Kentucky Derby.

Sue Thompson's (McKee) cover of "Have A Good Time" hit the top thirty in 1962. On the track she's backed by Boots Randolph, Floyd Cramer and Nashville's A Team and it's on the LP "Golden Hits". Sue was much more mature than her sound. She was born in 1925 and worked in a defence plant during World War Two.
