It's late September 2017 and the sun has started to emerge from the cloud bank over the Black Cuillin range, This is a view across Loch Scavaig with the peaks of Sgurr Nan a Eag 924m and Sgurr Alasdair 992m, Taken from Elgol on the Isle of Skye's Straithaird peninsula, the foreground watercourse flowing into the loch is Allt Port na Cullaidh and the children on the foreshore are outside the village school the walls of which can just be seen far right of the image.
