A beautiful house Rosa............and very well captured. I love the colours and detail, especially in the roof and the front wall. I also like the trees with just a few autumn leaves hanging on to the last!

Yes I had planned to post it before the outage, but very pleased to be able to do it now. I missed everyone too....oh and the pictures ;-)

Yes in Tier 2 but I shall carry on as I have been, which is very careful and keeping to the rules. Christmas will be spent with Lyndsay, Lee and Sophie and hopefully boxing day with Michelle, if the rules are made clearer and it is allowed. I hope you will be able to see your family over the festive season.

Good to hear you are well Rosa. We'll be spending Christmas about a mile away with my oldest daughter Kerry and a close family friend. My other daughter, Cara will be going to the Forest of Dean (Covid permitting) with the grandchildren, her partner and her partner's daughter. They've rented a log-cabin in the middle of nowhere and are hoping for snow!

Not too far to go then Keith. I'm sure you'll have a great time. The log cabin sounds wonderful! I have always had a dream of being in a cottage on Exmoor in the snow! I haven't heard the forecast, but we don't often get snow at Christmas, but my fingers will be crossed for them :)

Quite a home and a true history its great that we can share again, HFF have great weekend.

Thank you Andy. It was once renamed, The Old House, but is still known as The Dogs and I think that's what it is officially called now. There is a new walkway opposite, which I didn't know about until my Sunday walk, but it means that for the first time, I have been able to photograph the house from the front. Yes, great to be back. Thankfully the house is Grade I listed so kept very well. I would love to look inside.

Yes it's a couple of miles up the road Tanja. It is good to be back. I had complete faith as I was keeping an eye on their facebook page. So much better to show our pictures on here though.
