Great PoV here Rosa, works very well. I like the two plaques, better than painting the bridge and steps gold;-))

All the best, Doug

Thank you Doug. I like to see these kind of plaques, but I have to tell you that they still have a gold post box ;-)) I didn't take a picture of it though.

Great composition. I like the way the wall and steps lead the eye nicely into the shot. The man in red on the bridge is a nice touch. Very nice indeed Rosa.

It's always satisfying to peer down on to the water from the bridge above, I do it a lot here in Thetford and have no Idea where my thoughts go at these times.

This gentleman had been coming daily to see the swans he saw hatch, he told me. I find water is so relaxing to watch and see all the wildlife living there.

I was actually hoping he would move a little to the right Peter! I was good to have a figure on the bridge though. Not many autumn colours yet! The weather yesterday was beautiful...not so good today though.

Article in the Times today about there being too many plaques! It showed one commemorating JRR Tolkein's 2 day stay in a house somewhere. Yes, I have to agree.
Worthy though Mr McKeever's achievements surely were ... TWO plaques???????????
Great shot by the way!!

Never too many in my opinion Andy. They still have the postbox painted gold in the town as well.
Pleased you like this one :)

Hi Rosa

Really nice picture of the bridge, again with a person on it.... Well, it was made for walking over!
I do agree with Andy that the number of plaques is getting excessive these days. (Unless someone puts one up for me somewhere,..!)

Best Wishes
Peter
