It's always satisfying to peer down on to the water from the bridge above, I do it a lot here in Thetford and have no Idea where my thoughts go at these times.

This gentleman had been coming daily to see the swans he saw hatch, he told me. I find water is so relaxing to watch and see all the wildlife living there.

A nice capture the person on the bridge is nicely lined up with the church spire, certainly no sign of Autumn colour, have a good Tuesday Good night Rosalyn

I was actually hoping he would move a little to the right Peter! I was good to have a figure on the bridge though. Not many autumn colours yet! The weather yesterday was beautiful...not so good today though.

A very gracefully arched bridge and a beautiful ühoto in the best of weather! They must be proud of their Olympic medalists:-)

Article in the Times today about there being too many plaques! It showed one commemorating JRR Tolkein's 2 day stay in a house somewhere. Yes, I have to agree.
Worthy though Mr McKeever's achievements surely were ... TWO plaques???????????

I do agree with Andy that the number of plaques is getting excessive these days. (Unless someone puts one up for me somewhere,..!)
