Yes! One of my city's nicknames is The Rose City. We have an international test garden of roses. They like growing here, so I guess this one just decided to stick around! *smile*

No, not warm at all, but not freezing temp either. Though I still will sometimes find a rose here and there in the freezing snow.

We have a temperate climate most of the time, though some winters it will get quite crazy. We have lots of hills, and the snow tends to come down close to freezing temperature so it melts a bit then freezes on the roads. Not like if it was full on well below freezing when it came down.
