Normal sieht man sie ja nur in den Bäumen unterwegs lieber Keith,aber auch so auf dem Kiesel macht das Eichhörnchen eine tolle Figur und du hast es in allen Aufnahmen perfekt fotografiert,ist doch immer entzückend,wie sie mit ihren Sachen umgehen :))

I was lucky enough to spot a red squirrel in my garden today.

We don't get red squirrels in my part of the UK Steve, so I'm very jealous..!!

A fine series of a cute squirrel Keith, especially through the double glazing,
we occasionally get a fox in daylight but never straight on always at an angle and that docent work!

Sadly, it's been quite a few years since we had a fox in the garden. We know their nearby though because we occasionally hear them at night.

Lovely set of the lesser red....grey tree rat. shame they decimated our reds.

This is one of several that visit our garden regularly. They're great to watch..!!

It is a shame about the Reds, but hardly the fault of the Greys :-))

This is the part of my garden that is part paved and part filled with gravel and where we can sit out and enjoy the sunshine. The other part is much more untidy :-)))

Thank you Isabel..........we're very lucky to have these squirrels as regular garden visitors. They usually steal the seeds we put out for the birds, but they've also discovered a lot of sycamore seed heads in the gravel............which is good as it saves us having to pick them out..!!
