It used to be a quaint old café, but they've just finished a renovation. I don't know for sure. but I think this wallpaper was hidden underneath wooden boards on the wall.

Either way, I thought it was interesting enough for a photo and I'm pleased that you think so as well. Thanks for your kind and generous comments.

Nice capture. I enjoy anything nostalgic these days as it takes me back. I'm especially impressed that you had your camera with you when out for coffee. I like my new camera but miss my Olympus Micro Four Thirds since it was much easier to always have it with me.

I nearly always carry a camera Ed...........if it's not a dedicated photo day, I just take one camera and one lens...........just in case I see something photo-worthy.

I'm thinking of buying a decent compact camera to stick in my pocket, but can't make up my mind as there are so many on the market.

Many times a day, as tea....

I normally only drink coffee up to around midday only, after that I drink squash or fruit teas. I used to drink lots more of it (especially when I was a shift worker), but it wasn't doing my insides much good and was keeping me awake at night.

My wife is the coffee addict in our house!
