Yes I agree Keith! Great to be back and this is a superb shot, so crisp and clear. I managed Stourhead today but with rain, umbrella and gloves the photos were pretty much rubbish :-)

Gisteren toen werkte het bij mij al zodat ik bij jou kon kijken Keith ,maar iets schrijven lukte nog niet--Vandaag om 13uur was ik bezig en toen ging het opeens goed,maar nog niet helemaal dat gebeurde eerst rond 17 a 18uur,,toen kon ik eerst uploaden(bergfex schreef me een brief)-de 12 dagen dat niks werkte heb ik veel dias geprojecteerd en oude fotos gekopieerd nu heb ik gelukkig hier wat ruimte ...mijn reflecta kopieerapparaat heb ik aan mijn oude vriend Fred 2 gegeven omdat hij mij zijn projector gaf op die manier zijn we beiden geholpen -dus die pause heeft eigenlijk nog wat goed gedaan--Zeer blij dat wij elkaar weer kunnen schrijven en Favorieten kunnen geven hopenlijk dat IP nu Gezond Blijft.....Hartelijke Groet en een Fijn Weekend Fred!

Mijn vriend heet Fred Niekamp hij heeft in 1969 verkering gehad met mijn jongste Zus-hij helpt mij hier in het zorgcentrum met allerhande klussen die ikzelf niet meer kan--ik noem hem Fred 2--hij werkte vroeger bij de brandweer,en vanwege ik mijn projektor aan ieumand gaf om hem te repareren,kreeg ik zijn projektor(mijn oud projektor stelde niet meer automatisch scherp-moest ik elke keer met de hand scherpstellen dus je moest staande dias projekteren-die van Fred doet dat volautomisch wel nog -wij ruilen onder elkaar Prima zo!

The geese can be a real pest but they look very attractive in your photo! They also seem to be happy Ipernity is back;-)

Thanks Gudrun. Yes, they can be quite a pest, but this pond has a very large swan population and they don't let the Geese take to many liberties :-))

There are lots of other birds that frequent this pond.............and particularly large numbers of swans...........they keep the geese in line, they are very protective of there territory!

Beautiful colors and brilliance. These ducks surpass the Mandarin in beauty. The picture is perfect and the two ducks make a perfect match too. All the best, Anton.
