Old Folks Outing!

A visit to Alice Holt Arboretum (near Farnham in Surrey) to see if there was any Autumn colour about........there wasn't..!!

Nevertheless, we had a pleasant walk until the rain arrived with a vengeance, so we retreated to a local garden centre café for a bit of lunch and then called it a day and went home.

It's not often you see my wife and I in the same photo, but I had my tripod with me today and used the self-timer for this shot.

Thank you Wilhelm. My wife has a good eye for a photo, but I think she only takes her camera to give her something to do when I'm taking photos :-))

My tripod is kept in the boot of the car just in case I think I might need it.
