Keith, just last night I watched a Youtube video about Mexican street food. Of course, all looking delicious, except when they started sprinkling grilled grasshoppers on everything. Like a condiment, for Pete's sake! Well, anyway, your photo is superb.

Glad you like the photo. There have been recent documentaries about the need to embrace eating insects as a replacement for meat. They're pretty much pure protein apparently and there is an inexhaustible supply. Some cultures already do...........but there's a big "yuk" factor to get past.........for me, anyway.

It brings a whole new meaning to the word "grub" :-)))

Oh my, if forced to choose, I'd rather eat a grasshopper than a grub.
