Happy Fence Friday everyone.
This was taken in Southsea, Hampshire. You can see the top of the lighthouse and part of the castle walls with the Union Flag flying.

The rocks make a fine foreground and the lighthouse is very nice contrast to the old castle.
HFF and a wonderful weekend.

HFF and a happy weekend
HFF, have a great weekend. Herb
Thanks so much for your enthusiastic response to my pictures of Deception Pass, I'm glad you enjoyed the show! :) I sure do understand your trepidation with heights--inner ear problems will certainly mess up balance and I have sometimes suffered vertigo when I've had sinus issues. Better to be safe than sorry. The mere idea of spinning around in your head when on something high and scary...NOPE. I get it! Sorry that you're slowly losing some of your hearing, hopefully you'll always be able to compensate properly with aids.
LOL your comment about me "taking it easy"...you're right, it's not in my vocabulary! Honestly though, we realize that our next big trip will need to be full-timing, so we can relax at a location for WEEKS at a time, say a month--so we CAN relax properly. Our trip was annoying in that, we planned our points to be 4-5 days each, with the hopes we would be able to chill out, but it was never long enough and so we weren't able to "kick back and relax" as we'd hoped to. A bummer because I cannot disappear into my photographic bliss without being relaxed, so I only got a few days from all those weeks that are creeping macros. What a bummer that was, but we'll fix that issue next time around. And at the same time, I did get 50 bazillion pictures in the more scenic variety so no harm, no foul! :)
Ok, off I go...such fun to flit by for a visit! :D *hugs*
You have captured the scene so well for this group Keith.
HFF and I wish you a great weekend.
