It looks like a monster truck to me - just look at that scary front end. Seen parked in front of the auto parts store on October 1st, 2015, and taken with my Sony Alpha SLT-a77V DSLR.

Driving east in St. Louis, Missouri. You can just see the Gateway Arch in the middle of the frame. Taken on March 28th, 2013, with my Sony Alpha a230 DSLR.

This stamp is one of five in a series of Dinosaurs from Bulgaria. If you'll notice right above the dinosaur's back, there is an asteroid getting ready to crash into the earth. That dinosaur doesn't have long to live because the asteroid could be signalling the extinction level event that wiped them all out. Poor guy. Stamps can be so very interesting!

I think this is a potato that became petrified somehow. It weighs as much as a rock - it feels like solid stone. But you can see areas such as the one where I've put a note on it and it looks like the outer skin was peeled away before it became petrified. The Ryukyu Islands are a chain of islands in the western Pacific Ocean, just off the east coast of Japan. The Ryukyu Kingdom was formally annexed by the Empire of Japan in 1872. During World War II, following the Battle of Okinawa, the islands came under the occupation of the United States military in 1945, and a civilian government was set up under American control in 1952. The islands reverted to the control of Japan in 1972. The first definitive stamps of the Ryukyu Islands were issued on July 1st, 1948, and the final Ryukyu Island stamp was issued on April 20th, 1972. This Ryukyu Islands stamp in my collection is from 1967. It depicts the Hojo Bridge at the Enkaku Temple. Collecting stamps can be very rewarding, due to the history behind some of the stamps.

This appears to be a UFO, (unidentified flying object) on this Cuban stamp from 1982. As part of my stamp collection, I collect stamps that depict aircraft and stamps about space.
