Heart Of Darkness

I bought some old slides in a Kodak carousel slide tray off eBay and the slides were listed inside the box as "Vacation 1970 - Athens to Congo." This was one that I presume was taken in the Congo.
It's kind of sad that I was able to buy these images because they should have been passed down to relatives. I assume the people who shot these slides during their vacation are probably dead by now, seeing as how it was 50 years ago. I noticed that they seemed to have been a pretty good photographer and the Kodak Kodachrome slides have held up excellently! They were probably Kodachrome 25.
