Kilchurn Castle.
Sits on a rocky outcrop at the Northeastern end of Loch Awe,
First constructed in the mid 15th century and was in use for 150 years before being abandoned, by 1770 it was in ruins.

Loch Garry, (from the Archive)
Another in the occasional from the archive series this time from 2010 apologies if it shows it's age. This is a view across Loch Garry to the Ben Nevis mountain range through a heat haze which is a bit of a novelty for Scotland.
This is one of two Loch Garys in Scotland the other being in Perthshire.
