In the right weather this makes a great work place for a Glencoe warden however when this was taken a full scale mountain search and rescue was taking place in the glen with both military and civilian mountain rescue teams from all over the west coast arriving and crossing the bridge to the control point on the far side, Search and rescue helicopters were flying overhead but apart from an occasional glance up she just carried on painting, seen it all before I guess. Situated on Eilean Musdile in the Firth of Lorne at the entrance to Loch Linnhe. The island is separated from Lismore island by a ¼ mile wide Sound.
