What is this Life
What is this life if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare? —
No time to stand beneath the boughs
And stare as long as sheep or cows.
No time to see, when woods we pass,
Where squirrels hide their nuts in grass.
No time to see, in broad daylight,
Streams full of stars, like skies at night.
No time to turn at Beauty's glance,
And watch her feet, how they can dance.
No time to wait till her mouth can
Enrich that smile her eyes began.
A poor life this if, full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare.”

HFF Spot the ruins
All the ruins of Dunscaith Castle that remain are on this small island in Tokavaig Bay on the coast of the Isle of Skye, and has the rugged shapes of the Cuillins as a backdrop,
With the original name of Dun Scaich it was a 14th century stone enclosure fortress, In the early 15th century, the castle was the principal seat of the Macdonalds of Sleat but after a rebellion in 1431 it was occupied by the forces of King James I. and was finally abandoned in the early 17th century,
