Even for Toronto, Esther, where these installations are some of the better public art.

I think you've found an illicit still here John.........if you check out the writing on the valve between the two bits of yellow pipework at the bottom of the image, it definitely says "FULL PORT".

A complicated nest of pipework, valves and tubes with a heavy use of zip ties. Very nicely detailed.
