Ah, another entry in the White Bread Sandwich series. Takes me back to a time when we didn't know the meaning of high glycemic index.

The non-white bread at the supermarket I go to all has seeds, Sarah, which I avoid (diverticulosis). They haven't heard of using rye bread. Anyway, they'd probably use the light and dark rye bread with the swirly pattern. Life in the sticks.

The other types of bread at the store where I bought this all had seeds, Fred. Those are really bad for my bowels. I'm actually missing part of them as a result of eating seeds.

What is life without controversy, Leon? I find the range of comments interesting. For one thing, one type of comment I expected to see hasn't appeared.

Oh -- since white bread seems to be a symbol of evil maybe I could do a series of white bread icons or something similar.
