Caught in the act, from the body language - or maybe they just didn't see anyone taking their picture until just then?

Or maybe it's an artefact of when I chose to open the shutter, Bob. One of the mysteries of photography.

I should mention that at first glance to me he seems to be showing trepidation. I suppose that ambiguity is not just a mystery of photography but one of its attractive features.

hesitating, almost dancing ... what am I getting myself into?
A question I ask myself almost daily.

Interestingly, I only noticed his alter ego on second look. The eye is strongly drawn to the left part.

I suppose I should admit, Sarah, that there's always a possibility he suddenly caught sight of a big guy (me) lurking in the shadows. Not that I'm fearsome-looking, but out of the corner of your eye you can't be too sure.

Thanks, Keith. Graffiti are a development since my childhood that I could have survived without. Even the good ones, especially as the city requires the owners to remove them.
