Amsterdam harbor Canta (#1251)
On the ferry, a Canta. The ferry is designed for pedestrians, bikes, and scooters/motorcycles (the Canta sounded like a scooter). Cantas are microcars with just two seats, and per their website (link below), they're designed to be mobility aids for those with reduced mobility – the website shows rolling into a Canta in a wheelchair. The vehicles can be used both on bike paths and on the road, though the top speed is 45kph.
