Folkestone Leas Lift (#0266)

Another photo of Leas Lift, which was introduced in a much earlier photo (https://www.ipernity.com/doc/donbrr/47927308 ). As noted in that photo, the funicular dates back to 1885 and uses gravity and water for the lifting; it has operated only intermittently since 2009 and at this point had been closed (for safety reasons) since the summer of 2017.
