Briceburg suspension bridge (#0590)

An unexpected find. I had pulled off of CA-140 because I was getting tired and needed to stretch, and pulled into a parking lot with this view of a bridge. Depending on where you look on the web, this is either the Briceburg Bridge or the Bull Creek Road Bridge.

The bridge is a single lane metal bridge, with a wood deck, built in 1937 and crossing the Merced river.
