sF Maritime National Historical (1451)
On the left, the tug Telco, built in 1938 and served as the tender for a Pacific Bell Telephone cable-laying barge in the bay. Per the park literature, it is "..one of the last small wooden-hulled tugs on the coast" and is still used by NPS. The boat on the right is a shrimp junk with a Southern Chinese design; the boat was used by Chinese fishermen on the bay. (http://www.nps.gov/safr/planyourvisit/upload/small_craft_script_28.pdf)
