Palm Springs sandstorm from Garstin trail (4929)

Not particularly clear, for a reason. A sandstorm along the Whitewater wash that runs between the northern edge of Palm Springs and I-10. Various parts of the vista are noted in the photo. This is the same sand storm that was a problem on Saturday, 4/12, for the Coachella Music and Art Festival, though it wasn't a problem from the hiking trail. Taken with my 'hiking' (point-and-shoot) camera; I-10 is roughly 8 miles from where I'm taking the picture.
