Silver Lake: Franklin Hill 0952a

One of the nicer houses on Franklin Hill. Franklin Hill is a residential area about 5 miles northwest of downtown LA. As a hillside neighborhood it is generally wealthier than the nearby flatlands, but Franklin Hill is more economically mixed than many nearby hillside areas in Los Feliz or SilverLake neighborhoods. Some of the houses in this set are in relatively poor shape simply due to the fact of having long-term owners who may no longer be interested in maintaining them, while some appear to be foreclosures related to the recent economic crises.

The area is particularly green and intimate feeling, and thus very pleasant for exploring.
