"Employee owned NorthWestern" emblem on the side of a hopprt car. Per one website, this refers to the Chicago and North Western which, at a time when it was having financial difficulties, was owned by its employees. As the health of the company improved, employees sold their shares and thus the company was no longer employee owned.
