The Cove Palm Springs (0882a)

The Cove residential area (see description in adjacent picture). The gate house initially didn't look abandoned, but then I realized that the gate was apparently stuck open and the landscaping unkempt. Since there was not a 'no trespassing' sign at the gate, I went in to take pictures.
