Friday 3 May 2019 (1348) – East Yorkshire 706 (YX55 DHN) seen in Carr Lane, Hull alongside the domed building of the Hull Maritime Museum. It is a Wright Eclipse Gemini bodied Volvo B7TL new in September 2005 that was working the 1300 service 155 from Elloughton where EY has a garage and where this bus is allocated.
The photograph was taken from Queen’s Gardens. The gardens were created on the area once occupied by the Queen’s Dock that was infilled in the early 20th century. Back then this view would have only been possible from a boat.
