Mother and daughter meeting at Mildenhall - 15 Apr 2025 (P1200748)

Tuesday 15 April 2025 (1051) – The lady in blue had just arrived at Mildenhall Bus Station from Newmarket and was met by her daughter who, after seeing me taking photographs of the buses, asked if I could take a photo of them.

The bus she had travelled on was Stephensons of Essex 609 (CY12 EMS) working the 1000 service 16 from Newmarket to Bury St. Edmunds/West Suffolk Hospital which is an Alexander Dennis Enviro400 bodied Scania N230UD. It had been new in May 2012 to Express Motors of Penygroes, a company which closed during 2018.
