Frames Rickards C806 FMC passing through Red Lodge – 20 Aug 1988 (71-13)

Saturday 20 August 1988 – Frames Rickards Tours of Brentford C806 FMC seen rolling eastbound on the A11 through Red Lodge, Suffolk. Frames Rickards catered for foreign visitors to Britain. Note the coach carries logos for the North American based Gray Line franchise. The company also held the Royal Warrant which was carried mid-way along the coach sides.

It is a low driver position Leyland Tiger with Plaxton Paramount 3200 bodywork new in June 1986. The low driving position results in a two piece windscreen layout resembling the style used on the higher Paramount 3500 body.
