Bus Interchange, Stevenage - 25 Sep 2022 (P1130335)

Sunday 25 September 2022 (1030) – Arriva Herts and Essex 3878 (KX11 PVL), a Wright Eclipse bodied Volvo B7RLE new in August 2011, seen in the new Stevenage Bus Interchange.

The Interchange opened on Sunday 26 June 2022 replacing the bus station at Town Square/Danestrete which is being redeveloped as a ‘multi-purpose event space’.

The Interchange, built on what had been the Leisure Centre long stay car park, comprises a covered building with ten bus loading bays waiting area. Interior facilities include a food outlet, toilet facilities and security offices.
