Bus Interchange, Stevenage - 25 Sep 2022 (P1130351)

Sunday 25 September 2022 (1034) – Arriva Herts and Essex 3555 (KX09 GYH), an Alexander Dennis (ADL) Enviro300 new in June 2009, seen leaving the new Stevenage Bus Interchange.

The Interchange opened on Sunday 26 June 2022 replacing the bus station at Town Square/Danestrete which is being redeveloped as a ‘multi-purpose event space’.

The Interchange, built on what had been the Leisure Centre long stay car park, comprises a covered building with ten bus loading bays waiting area. Interior facilities include a food outlet, toilet facilities and security offices.
