Thursday 27 July 1995 (0725) – Premier Travel Services 421 (K911 RGE) loading at Drummer Street, Cambridge operating a ‘Channel Tunnel’ excursion as part of their ‘Daybreak’ excursion programme. The Channel Tunnel was opened for traffic in May 1994 and such day trips proved quite popular. This particular excursion travelled down to Boulogne-sur-Mer and, of course, included the obligatory visit to a major shopping centre. It was a Jonckheere Deauville bodied Volvo B10M new to Park’s of Hamilton in May 1993.
