Saturday 16 January 2016 (1157) - Mildenhall bus station opened for business on 16 January 2006, ten years old today. Stephensons of Essex 462 (YX11 CTO), an Alexander Dennis Enviro 200, was turning into the bus station from Recreation Way when working the 1130 Bury St. Edmunds to Newmarket service 16. It carries a rear end advert for the breakfast programme of local radio station RWS FM 103.3. Unfortunately some of the DJs on this station have great difficulty with the pronunciation of the station name which is delivered as ‘One o free point free’.
