Arriva Northumbria V141 EJR at Whittlesford - Sept 2003

Arriva Northumbria V141 EJR at Whittlesford - Sept 2003
September 2003 (approx. 0730) – In early 2003 National Express changed its lettering style and introduced a new logo featuring two circles linked by an arrow said to signify a journey between two places. The new graphics are seen on Arriva Northumbria 141 (V141 EJR), a Van Hool Alizeé bodied DAF, was one of the regular performers on the National Express service 326 between Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Cambridge. At the Cambridge end the drivers stayed overnight at the Red Lion in Whittlesford where the coach is seen. It would later work the 0940 Cambridge to Newcastle service arriving Newcastle at 2035. The previous day it would have worked south as the 0840 from Newcastle arriving Cambridge at 1925.
