This timetable leaflet issued by Greater Manchester Transport only showed the Ribble service 244 timings that came into the GMT boundary, there would have been a more frequent service outside the GMT area. By February 1981 when this leaflet was issued there were fewer timings into Rochdale far less frequent than in former days when buses ran hourly (or half hourly at weekends).
