74/2 Yelloway and Premier Travel North West to East Anglia services 1976 timetable cover

Yelloway Motor Services Limited of Rochdale and Premier Travel Limited (later Premier Travel Services Limited) had a close working partnership for many years. Yelloway operated a Lancashire-London service via Leicester that originally began in the days of its predecessor Holt Bros (Rochdale) Limited. Premier Travel operated a service between Birmingham and Clacton-on Sea via Leicester and Cambridge. During the 1950s the two companies began offering connections between their two services at Leicester. Gradually through joint services were established and expanded to create what became a very busy group of services. This is the timetable cover for the summer period of 1976.
