UN REGARD SUR L'HISTOIRE, basilique Notre-Dame de l'Épine. D'ailleurs, "Basilique" désigne le type d'espace d'une église qui comporte au moins trois nefs. La nef centrale est plus haute que les deux nefs latérales et possède sa propre entrée de lumière.

EIN BLICK AUF GESCHICHTE, Basilika Notre-Dame de l'Épine. Übrigens, "Basilika" bezeichnet die Raumform einer Kirche, die mindestens drei Schiffe hat. Dabei ist das mittlere Schiff höher als die beiden seitlichen Schiffe und hat einen eigenen Lichteinfall.

Eine sehr schöne Aufnahme von dieser beeindruckenden gotischen Basilika! Es ist erstaunlich, dass in diesem kleinen Ort eine solch stattliche Kirche steht. Auch wenn das Geld nicht mehr für einen Vierungsturm gereicht hat.

Danke WIlhelm. Das sage ich mir oft, wenn ich beeindruckende Kirchen in manchmal kleinen Dörfern sehe. Daraus kann man schliessen, welch Macht und Einfluss die Kirche früher hatte. Dir auch eine schöne Woche.

Ein sehr beeindruckendes Bauwerk und eine einladende Bank, um es in Ruhe betrachten zu können. Großartig! Ich sehe gerade, die Bank eignet sich nicht zum Betrachten des Bauwerkes sondern ist dem freien Platz davor zugewandt ;) sicher auch ein schöner Ausblick.

Danke Heide, so gegen 19 Uhr im Sommer wird die Kirche immer am schönsten beleuchtet, die Sonne fällt schräg vom Westen darauf und lässt die Steine warm erleuchten.
