Individual boot holder ;-) HFF

Someone must have lost a boot in the mud of the Bay of Mont St Michel. This majestic, silent plain looks so quiet and deserted that inexperienced visitors can easily be fooled. Before setting off, it's better to be safe than sorry!

PORTE-BOTTE INDIVIDUEL ;-) Quelqu'un a dû perdre une botte dans la vase de la baie du Mont St Michel. Les apparences tranquilles et désertiques de cette majestueuse plaine silencieuse trompent souvent les visiteurs peu aguerris qui l’arpentent. Mieux vaut prendre ses précautions avant de s'y aventurer!

INDIVIDUELLER STIEFELHALTER ;-) Jemand hat wohl einen Stiefel im Schlamm der Bucht des Mont St. Michel verloren. Diese majestätische, stille Ebene sieht so ruhig und verlassen aus, die unerfahrene Besucher leicht täuschen kann. Bevor man sich auf den Weg macht ist es besser, auf Nummer sicher zu gehen!

Thank you Peter, for clothes, yes indeed. But here the boot is explicable: the bay is very muddy and those who venture far can easily sink, and to get out, the boots stay stuck. I suppose this is what happened here, and after another person found the boot and exhibited it on the fence post...

Schön, diesen Anblick kenne ich, Christa. Wir hatten etwas westlich von Avranches gezeltet und eine Radtour unternommen, mit meinem Hund Bono, der im Hundeanhänger saß. (So weit neben dem Fahrrad laufen ist auch für einen sportlichen Hund ungesund) Wenn Du 35 Kg im Hänger hast und dazu noch Gegenwind ist das ein bleibendes Erlebnis für die Beinmuskulatur:-)) Schön, die Landschaft hier zu sehen!

Danke Lothar. Von Avranches zur Pointe du Grouin du Sud ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto, aber per Rad - chapteau ! Denn obwohl man hier in Küstennähe ist, geht es ganz schön rauf und runter.... Freut mich, dass ich mit diesem Foto nette Erinnerungen bei dir erweckt habe.
