Der Große Blaupfeil (Orthetrum cancellatum) ist eine Großlibelle, die ihre Beute im Flug (bis 100 km/h schnell!) ergreift und oft schon im Flug verzehrt. Die Larven entwickeln sich räuberisch lebend im Wasser.
