"Memorial to the fallen for peace, freedom and democracy."
The bronze sculpture represents a sphere with a dove of peace carried by hands rising from the rubble.

Through the rubble and the linked columns, the sculpture symbolizes the rise of the chaos of bondage towards a peaceful world carried on strong hands on which the dove of peace is.
