Small sign on the Union Trust Building reads: "For Office Space - This Building - Apply Union Trust Co. Ltd. - Ground Floor".

Can't say I've seen this one before. Really nice angle. What is the building on the St. Boniface side with the smokestack?

I don't know if I've seen one that gives such a good view of the original cornice from the Union Trust building either.

A+ grade for this one.

I received this information from the Société historique de Saint-Boniface:

From the Henderson Directories, the information I get is :
1914 : Stanley Mineral Springs & Brewery Co.
1929 : Canada Industrial Alcohol and Consolidated Distilleries
(both closed at the time).
