Notation: Handwritten note reads; "Dear Sister I am now on my way home left Elphinstone at 4 oclock this morning arived in Portage at 1:30 have to wait till 4:15 for my train hastily Jennie (?)"

Constructed in 1897, the Knox Presbyterian Church building, at 15 Tupper Street South, is now serving the congregation of Trinity United Church.
