Don't stop the bus
I found this notice in the Macclesfield Courier newspaper for some time in April 1942. I was intrigued by the idea of not stopping the bus at intermediate points. I can only assume that they meant at places that were not bus stops, but then the driver would be unlikely to stop at unofficial places anyway.

Interesting typefaces and layout! I especially like the fonts for "Inside Information" and "Petrol" and the way that the large Ns anchor the ends of "North Western."
