Blooming cherry trees are a yearly tradition in Victoria BC. Over 1000 trees were planted in 1937 by the Japanese Community Association, and many are still blooming today.

A regular, monthly classic car meet takes place at the Place de la Cathedrale Saint-Louis on the first Sunday of every month. I was so lucky to be there!

The more I walked through the palace grounds I see connections between French topiary and their grooming of poodles! There’s the same love of fantastic shapes.
