Jewels of nature.

Winter has finally arrived here. We had snow the last three nights, though only a few inches each time. The temperature is cold enough that the snow has not melted and so it is a white world here.

Once again, a delightful and intimate inspection of the natural beauties, that we know less and less how to observe, except through the subjective eye of the media.
One marvels at such an aesthetic presentation, which has as much to do with the object as with the observer.
