I'm surprised that there aren't multiple car collisions. Were motorists pre-warned? This looks so exciting and colourful, Nick. Let's go fly a kite doesn't do it justice.

Don't worry dear LGM it is an illusion as in reality the kites are flying over the green grass of the common and the cars doing what car drivers ought to be doing and that is paying attention to the road ~ but difficult for them when there is so much to see ~ including the hovercraft port where you can catch a hovercraft to Ryde on the IOW ~ the beach for lovelys to expose themselves to the red hot sun. The fun fair and waterside walkway to the Spinnaker Tower and gun wharf quay.
The Royal Navy Museum which includes HMS Victory ~ The Mary Rose ~ HMS Warrior ~ plus more modern members of the fleet. (or just fly your kite) ~~~

A lot to do then, and one should never get bored.

Ennui should not be a risk :))
